SkinMed represent General Topics research, who have been accepted as main sponsors to the European Association of Dermatology - the premier European Congress for dermatological advancement. To be accepted by the EADV as sponsors, a company needs to demonstrate the highest research, clinical and ethical attributes.
We were founded fundamentally to promote innovative medical research and we have a heavy emphasis on research not marketing. In summary, we are a Research Dermatology Company created to deliver clear, clinically-based results.

Medical Peel Expertise We promote the Tebitech range of medical peels which are delivered using the patented Enerpeel Carrier Solution, which allows better penetration into all parts of the skin cells and more complete removal of skin cells to reduce erythema and post treatment peeling by removing debris during the peel. The Enerpeel range currently contains 9 different peels, each designed to help treat a particular skin condition. As well as Pyruvic, Lactic and Tri-Chloro Acetic acids, we have peels which are used on specific parts of the body such as the hands, neck and around the eyes and lips - which we believe is the first for a chemical peel.. |

Clinical Overview
To effectively combat the processes which result in aging it is no longer acceptable to simply undergo a series of clinical procedures and then expect effective sustainable results. SkinMed have developed protocols, which utilise their highly effective treatment range of creams and serums to:
- Develop an optimum skin environment prior to procedures to minimise side effects and boost recovery and rejuvenation.
- Supplement the ingredients needed for the development of new collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid synthesis to improve regeneration rates and promote younger type III collagen.

Common issues arise from clinical treatments whether one utilises lasers, IPL, physical & chemical peels and even injectable fillers. Erythema, Vascular issues, Pigmentation issues, both hyper and hypo, Oedema, Complications when treating dry or oily skin all create management issues. All the Synchroline products can significantly influence treatment outcomes both in terms of improved more sustainable results and also in minimising complications or managing them when they occur.
Pre-treatment of at risk skins goes along way to minimising post treatment issues, and maintaining this regimen between and after treatment further enhances this process of speedier rejuvenation with minimal issues. We prepare the skin, providing products which achieve correct preparation, optimal recovery and which minimise side effects. Treatment outcomes will be poorer and complications greater in general if you treat dry, oily, dark, fair skins without proper preparation and post treatment management, so the skin will A) respond optimally and B) withstand the treatment.
As an example of our process - Younger skins contain high levels of collagen type-III, as we age this converts into collagen type-I. Promoting collagen type III is an objective of treatment. Collagen change is triggered by reduced hyaluronic acid skin levels. For cosmetic procedures to have a significant anti-aging impact in encouraging the production and retention of collagen type III, you need to increase the levels of hyaluronic acid.

The acids are contained within a licensed medical device solution called Enerpeel which improves results such as pigmentation, scarring or acne reduction, wrinkle and fine line reduction (we mean physical reduction not just visible) while reducing complications other peels cause.
