SkinMed have employed a very innovative strategy in training staff members of clinics across the country who stock the SkinMed range in the form of knowledge reviews on each different product range.
Each staff member at a clinic is encouraged to take the tests on the website following product training to find out how much they actually know about the product. This will help clinicians and staff members ensure that they can tell customers exactly what they need to know and why you are recommending a particular product to them.
