Overview
The combined use of Thiospot® Intensive Cream and Thiospot® Skin Roller is recommended for skin affected by both diffuse and localised spots of pigmentation. Apply Thiospot® Intensive evenly over the skin area to be treated and then proceed with the application of the Skin Roller on more intensely colored spots.
The new improved formula of Thiospot® Intensive Cream is twice as effective and the formula also incorporates a factor 10 sun screen. For extensive dark areas: Apply a small amount to the selected area and massage into the skin in the morning and in the evening. Cleanse and tone before applying. Moisturising cleansers may act as a barrier to absorption.
For best results with the Thiospot® Skin Roller, you should apply the roller tip to the desired area and apply using a light pressure and a gentle massaging action twice a day. For pigment spots of old origin and/or of intense colouration. It is ideal for small marks where it is difficult to apply a cream.
Dosage Considerations and The Need for Compliance
It is important to use Thiospot® frequently and in sufficient quantities to achieve effective levels in the skin. Also ensuring the skin is properly prepared with all moisturisers and surface creams removed so that absorption is not impeded. Please ensure a non moisturising cleanser and toner should be used prior to applying Thiospot®. The level of control is dose dependent as shown below. It is important to use the product for a number of weeks at least twice a day until control is achieved and then to reduce the dosage gradually over a number of weeks either until one can stop or pigmentation starts to increase again whereby a maintenance dose may be required to maintain the effect.
Thiospot® Intensive Cream
An effective emulsion specially formulated for lightening dark skin spots of a melanic nature, localised at the epidermal level (the superficial layer of the skin).
Main Mechanism of Action: works by altering the formation of melanin and thereby reducing the level of pigment found in newly produced skin cells and by accelerating the elimination of the existing darker dead skin cells.
Supporting Benefits: Contains a sun filter to protect skin spots from darkening when exposed to UVB solar radiation. Its has a pleasant and rapidly-absorbed formula which leaves no greasy or sticky residue.
Directions for use: Apply a thin layer of Thiospot® Intensive 1-2 times a day, on the hyper-pigmented area, massaging gently until completely absorbed. THIOSPOT Cream form is particularly suitable for treating larger areas and/or locally diffused spots.

Thiospot® Skin Roller
An alcohol-based concentrated lotion that is highly effective in rapidly reducing the intensity of smaller skin spots and/or those of intense colour, localised in the epidermal level (the surface layer of the skin).

Directions for use: lightly apply twice a day using the roller ball to dampen the dark marks and allow to air dry before applying any other products such as moisturisers or make up..
